Outdoor Sales Engineer Job in Kuwait

Abdulaziz Abdulmohsin Al-Rashed Sons Co. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in electrical and automation solutions, and a proven ability to drive sales within the local market.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, industrial, and private sectors
• Handle RFQs, tenders, and project inquiries efficiently
• Promote a range of solutions, including:
  • UPS systems
  • Industrial batteries
  • DC systems
  • Solar solutions
  • PLC, RTU, and SCADA systems
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users
• Manage and track the sales pipeline while achieving assigned sales targets

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Sales Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of power systems, UPS, batteries, and automation solutions
• Proven experience in the Kuwait market is required
• Experience in Oil & Gas projects is a plus
• Valid Kuwait driving license
• Transferable visa is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
