Operations Manager required in Kuwait in Delivery Company

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our delivery operations in Kuwait. This role is ideal for an experienced logistics professional with a proven track record in managing delivery services, fleet operations, and operational performance.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations, managing teams, improving efficiency, and ensuring high levels of service quality. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's growth objectives.

• Oversee and manage daily delivery and logistics operations
• Ensure efficient execution of last-mile delivery activities
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements
• Optimize delivery routes, resources, and operational costs

• Lead, supervise, and motivate operations teams and drivers
• Monitor productivity and performance indicators
• Conduct training and performance evaluations
• Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence

• Track key operational KPIs and service levels
• Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Resolve operational challenges and service-related issues promptly
• Ensure smooth communication across all operational functions

 Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery services, logistics, or 3PL operations within Kuwait

 Currently residing in Kuwait

 Valid Transferable Visa

 Proven experience managing operations teams and delivery performance

 Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

 Strong communication and reporting skills

 Experience managing last-mile delivery operations

 Background in fleet management and driver supervision

 Knowledge of logistics systems and operational reporting

 Experience scaling and improving delivery operations
