Operation Manager Job in Kuwait (Hotel Pools)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to oversee hotel pool operations in Salmiya. This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure exceptional guest experience, safety, and operational excellence in a hospitality environment.

Hospitality / Hotel Operations

• Supervise daily operations of hotel swimming pools and recreational facilities
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training for pool teams
• Coordinate with engineering teams on:
  • Pool maintenance
  • Water quality and chemical standards
• Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Monitor operational costs and maintain effective inventory control
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff

• Proven experience in hotel or pool operations management
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of pool safety standards and maintenance practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Candidates currently based in Kuwait
