Nurse Required for Industrial Site in Kuwait
Job Description
Position: Nurse — Industrial Site
Location: Kuwait (industrial site / remote assignment)
Employment Type: Contract / Fixed‑term (rotation possible)
Start: Immediate / Short notice preferred
Provide on‑site medical care and first‑response support at an industrial facility. The Nurse will manage the site clinic, deliver primary and emergency care, maintain medical records, and coordinate with company safety and medical teams to ensure worker health and regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver primary and emergency care to employees at the site.
Operate and manage the site clinic, including triage, wound care, medication administration, and basic procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
Coordinate medical referrals and transport for serious cases.
Support occupational health activities: pre‑employment checks, periodic health screenings, and vaccination drives.
Ensure medical supplies and first‑aid kits are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Work with HSE and management on health and safety initiatives and incident investigations.
Provide health education and promote workplace wellness.
Valid Kuwait MOH nursing license (or equivalent) preferred.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in clinic, hospital, industrial, or emergency care settings.
Ability to work in remote/industrial locations and on rotational shifts if required.
Currently located in Kuwait with valid residency; transferable visa preferred.
Strong communication skills, professional conduct, and ability to work under pressure.
Basic life support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Updated CV with relevant experience and dates.
Copy of nursing degree and MOH license.
Passport and residency/visa copy.
Certificates (BLS/CPR, occupational health, etc.).
