Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and computer hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, software applications, and operating systems.
- Perform hardware upgrades, software installation, virus removal, and system maintenance.
- Replace damaged mobile and laptop components.
- Provide technical support and customer service.
- Maintain repair records and ensure timely service delivery.
- Experience in mobile phone repair, laptop repair, or computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware diagnostics, and software installation.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and repair techniques.
- Responsible, active, and hardworking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
- Experience in IT support, computer maintenance, or electronics repair is an advantage.
- Fresh candidates with basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome.
