Key Responsibilities- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks.
- Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and ingredients.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards.
- Organize kitchen supplies and assist with stock management.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the work area clean.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or Restaurant Assistant is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food hygiene and sanitation practices.

- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
