About the Role

A well-reputed company in Kuwait is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Draftsman to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their technical drafting skills and gain valuable experience in construction and landscape projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to prepare accurate technical drawings and support project execution.

Key Responsibilities Drafting & Design Support

• Prepare 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist senior engineers and designers in preparing shop drawings and project documentation.
• Revise and update drawings based on client requirements and project changes.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.

 Site Coordination

• Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and collect project information.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in resolving drawing-related issues during project execution.

 Documentation & Quality

• Maintain drawing records and revisions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all drawings produced.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:

• Civil Engineering
• Architecture
• Drafting
• Related Technical Field

Experience

 Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Draftsman in:

• Construction Industry
• Landscape Industry

Technical Skills

 Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)

 Knowledge of the following software will be an advantage:

• SketchUp
• Enscape
• Revit
• Lumion

Personal Skills

 Strong attention to detail

 Good communication and teamwork skills

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Visa Requirement

 Transferable Article 18 Visa
