Job Vacancy: Warehouse Team Leader Required – Kuwait

A well-established company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team efficiently. Candidates with strong warehouse management experience and ERP knowledge are encouraged to apply.

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities.
• Lead, guide, and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely deliveries and operations.
• Maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
• Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Train and support warehouse team members.
• Use ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.

✅ Immediate joining preferred.
✅ Transferable Visa 18 required.
✅ Minimum 5+ years of warehouse experience.
✅ Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor preferred.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
✅ Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
✅ Ability to manage and motivate a team.
✅ Experience with ERP systems is required.
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
