Job Vacancy: Security Systems Supervisor – Immediate Hiring

We are looking for an experienced Security Systems Supervisor to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of electronic security systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and central monitoring systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operation of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and central monitoring systems.
• Monitor all electronic security systems and respond promptly to system faults and security incidents.
• Manage system access, user permissions, and security controls.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of security equipment.
• Identify security risks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and asset protection.
• Troubleshoot security system issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the security team.
• Support emergency response procedures and report any security or safety concerns.
• Work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Security Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Security Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electronic security systems, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other electronic security technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts to support 24/7 operations.
