A leading Oil & Gas company is urgently seeking experienced Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Engineers for an upcoming project in Kuwait. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive drilling experience and expertise in MPD operations, well control, and drilling optimization.
Job Responsibilities:- Plan, supervise, and execute Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.
- Monitor drilling parameters to ensure safe and efficient well operations.
- Operate and maintain MPD equipment and pressure control systems.
- Coordinate with drilling supervisors, rig personnel, and client representatives.
- Analyze real-time drilling data and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, daily drilling reports, and operational documentation.
- Troubleshoot drilling challenges and provide technical support during field operations.
- Support well control activities and optimize drilling performance.
✅ Minimum 10+ years of experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD).
✅ Strong background in Oil & Gas drilling operations.
✅ Relevant engineering or technical qualifications.
✅ Experience with drilling equipment, well control, and pressure management systems.
✅ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work in demanding field environments.
