Job Vacancy: IT Support / Network & Server Engineer

A company in Kuwait is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support / Network & Server Engineer to join its IT team. Candidates with strong technical expertise in networking, server administration, and IT infrastructure are encouraged to apply.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end users.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user accounts.
• Perform server backup, recovery, and system maintenance.
• Monitor system security, antivirus protection, and software updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and technical reports.

✅ Experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or Server Engineering.
✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Windows Server
• Active Directory
• DNS & DHCP
• Network Switches & Routers
• Firewalls
• TCP/IP Networking
• VPN Configuration
• Microsoft Office 365

✅ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and provide timely technical support.
