• Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
• Prepare detailed technical and execution drawings.
• Create realistic 3D interior visualizations and presentations.
• Design various spaces including:
  • Reception areas
  • Living rooms
  • Kitchens
  • Bedrooms
  • Other residential interiors
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with material specifications and quantities.
• Coordinate design requirements and project details.
• Stay updated with modern interior design trends, technologies, and working methods.
• Use AI design tools and new technologies to improve workflow and productivity.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of:

• AutoCAD
• 3ds Max
• Photoshop
• SketchUp
• Interior design software and visualization tools
• Technical drawings and BOQ preparation
