Golden Eagle Travel & Tourism Co. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Female Customer Service / Call Center Representative to join their growing travel and tourism team.

Candidates who enjoy communicating with customers and are interested in building a career in the travel industry are encouraged to apply.

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on travel bookings, requests, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with reservation and operations teams.
• Assist with airline ticketing and travel-related services.
• Learn and operate airline reservation systems such as Galileo and Amadeus.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.

✅ Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
