Job Vacancy: Farm Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations, manage agricultural activities, and ensure efficient production and maintenance.

• Manage and supervise all farm operations including crop cultivation, irrigation, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Plan and monitor planting schedules to achieve maximum productivity and yield.
• Supervise farm workers and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, and irrigation systems.
• Maintain inventory of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm supplies.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate farm records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Make operational decisions to improve farm efficiency and productivity.

✅ Proven experience as a Farm Manager or similar agricultural management role.
✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Farming practices
• Irrigation systems
• Crop management
• Agricultural operations

✅ Ability to manage and lead a multicultural workforce.
✅ Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
✅ Valid driving license preferred.
✅ Arabic and/or English communication skills preferred.
