IT Officer Required in Kuwait

An International Hospital in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and dedicated IT Officer to join its technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical support experience and prior exposure to healthcare or hospital IT environments.

• Provide day-to-day IT support to hospital staff and departments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support hospital information systems and clinical applications
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT security compliance
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical incidents promptly
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and support logs
• Ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations through effective technical support

 Minimum 3 years of IT experience in Kuwait

 Previous experience in a Healthcare or Hospital Environment (Mandatory)

 Strong knowledge of:

• IT Support & Helpdesk Operations
• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
• Windows Operating Systems
• Network Support
• User Administration

 Good problem-solving and analytical skills

 Strong communication and customer service abilities

 Ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment

 Experience supporting hospital systems and medical staff is highly preferred

 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:

• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Related Field

 Knowledge of hospital management systems and healthcare IT infrastructure

 Experience with IT security, backups, and system monitoring
