Inventory & Operations Coordinator Job in Kuwait

An established Electrical Trading Company in Kuwait is currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Coordinator to join its growing team.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in inventory management, purchasing, and operations within the electrical trading sector.

Inventory & Operations Coordinator

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inventory operations, purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and stock performance to ensure efficient business operations and inventory control.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
  • Inventory management
  • Purchasing
  • Operations coordination
• Previous experience in an Electrical Trading Company is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of electrical materials and products
• Strong skills in:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • ERP systems
• Ability to:
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Handle supplier coordination
  • Prepare inventory reports
• Experience in identifying:
  • Slow-moving stock
  • Non-moving stock
    and implementing inventory improvement strategies
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate purchasing activities and supplier follow-ups
• Manage stock levels to ensure material availability
• Prepare inventory and operational reports regularly
• Identify excess, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory
• Support operational improvements and stock optimization
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams
• Ensure inventory accuracy and ERP system updates
