About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Inspection Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting third-party inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements across a wide range of industrial equipment and infrastructure projects.

Candidates with strong experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing, Construction, and Industrial Projects are encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesInspection & Quality Assurance
  • Perform third-party inspections for:
    • Electrical Equipment
    • Mechanical Equipment
    • Piping Systems
    • Structural Steel
    • Pressure Vessels
    • Storage Tanks
    • Valves
    • Rotating Equipment
  • Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Witness inspections, testing activities, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
  • Verify material traceability and dimensional compliance.
  • Monitor welding, fabrication, coating, and painting activities.
  • Review Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports and monitor NDT activities.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit them within required timeframes.
  • Identify Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and verify corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and project documentation.
Client & Project Coordination
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams during inspections.
  • Ensure all inspections are performed in accordance with project requirements and international standards.
  • Represent the company professionally at client and vendor locations.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all company and client safety procedures.
  • Promote a strong safety culture during all inspection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
QualificationsEducation

 Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Metallurgical Engineering
  • Related Engineering Discipline
Experience

 Minimum 8–10 years of experience in:

  • QA/QC
  • Quality Inspection
  • Third-Party Inspection

 Experience in:

  • Oil & Gas Projects
  • Power Sector
  • Manufacturing Industries
  • Construction Projects
Technical Knowledge

 Strong understanding of international codes and standards, including:

  • ASME
  • API
  • ASTM
  • AWS
  • ISO
  • EN Standards

 Strong knowledge of:

  • Welding Inspection
  • Fabrication Processes
  • NDT Methods
  • Coating Inspection
  • Material Inspection

 Full knowledge of:

  • Tendering Procedures
  • K-Companies Approval Processes
Skills & Competencies

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Excellent report writing and documentation abilities

 Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection activities

 Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance
