Job Vacancy: HSE Trainer (Train-the-Trainer)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Trainer (Train-the-Trainer) to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental training programs with excellent presentation skills.

• Deliver professional HSE awareness and safety training programs.
• Conduct certified HSE training sessions for employees and teams.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and safety learning content.
• Evaluate participants’ understanding and training effectiveness.
• Promote workplace safety awareness and best practices.
• Maintain proper training records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of HSE training programs.

• Previous experience as an HSE Trainer / Safety Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of HSE awareness and certified safety training programs.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training delivery skills.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work as a full-time or part-time trainer.
• Candidates must be currently available in Kuwait.
• Local hiring only.
