HR Administrator Required in Kuwait

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Administrator to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about employee administration, compliance, and maintaining efficient HR processes.
Job OverviewThe HR Administrator will be responsible for managing employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinating HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth HR operations and providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Records & HR Administration- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documentation
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and personnel files
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of HR records
- Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees
- Prepare employee documentation and induction materials
- Support recruitment and hiring processes as required
- Support daily HR administrative activities and employee requests
- Coordinate employee transfers, renewals, and HR-related documentation
- Maintain HR reports and employee data records
- Assist with performance review and training administration processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in maintaining HR procedures and documentation standards
- Support internal audits and HR reporting requirements
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar role is preferred
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee record management
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- HR systems and databases
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred QualificationsExperience with recruitment and onboarding activities
Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and HR best practices
Experience using HRMS or payroll systems
Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
