Graphic Designer (Pre-Press & Print Production) Hiring in Kuwait

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong Pre-Press, Print Production, and Creative Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating high-quality print materials, preparing production-ready artwork, and coordinating closely with production teams to ensure flawless output.

• Convert client artwork into print-ready production files
• Prepare files for die-cutting, folding, binding, and finishing processes
• Verify artwork specifications before printing

• Design and develop creative materials including:
  • Business Cards
  • Brochures
  • Magazines
  • Packaging
  • Banners
  • Flyers
  • Marketing Materials
• Ensure designs meet branding and production requirements

• Adjust image resolutions and print settings
• Perform color correction and image enhancement
• Ensure color consistency across various printing materials and paper types

• Review digital proofs and hard-copy proofs
• Identify and correct design, layout, and production errors
• Ensure artwork accuracy before mass production

• Coordinate with production teams, machine operators, and clients
• Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
• Support project execution from design through final production

2–5 years of Graphic Design experience

 Strong experience in:

• Print Design
• Pre-Press Production
• Packaging Design
• Marketing Material Design

Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign

 Knowledge of:

• Print Production Processes
• Color Management
• File Preparation
• Print Specifications

Excellent attention to detail and quality control

Strong communication and organizational skills

 Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

 Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics)

 Experience operating:

• DTF Printing Machines
• UV Printing Machines

 Experience using:

• AI Design Tools
• Generative AI Platforms
• Creative Automation Tools

 Arabic Language Skills (Advantage)

 Experience in advertising, printing, or packaging industries

 Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

 Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
