Furniture & Joinery Detailer / 3D Draftsman required in Kuwait

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Furniture & Joinery Detailer / 3D Draftsman to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting expertise and hands-on experience preparing detailed shop drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, joinery, and millwork projects.

As a Furniture & Joinery Detailer, you will be responsible for producing accurate, fabrication-ready drawings and 3D models that support production, installation, and project execution. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, workshop teams, and contractors to ensure all drawings meet project and manufacturing requirements.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for custom furniture, joinery, millwork, and interior fit-out projects
• Develop fabrication-ready drawings with complete dimensions, material specifications, and construction details
• Review design concepts and convert them into production drawings
• Prepare cutting lists and assembly details for workshop production

• Create accurate 3D models of furniture and joinery items
• Develop presentation drawings and technical visualizations when required
• Support design development through detailed modeling and drafting

• Coordinate with designers, engineers, workshop supervisors, and contractors
• Resolve technical issues related to fabrication and installation
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and manufacturing requirements
• Assist in material estimation and production planning

• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records
• Update drawings based on site conditions and client requirements
• Prepare as-built drawings when required

 Proven experience as a Furniture Detailer, Joinery Detailer, or 3D Draftsman

 Strong proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• 3D drafting and modeling software
• Microsoft Office applications

 Experience preparing:

• Shop drawings
• Fabrication drawings
• Joinery details
• Millwork drawings
• Furniture production drawings

 Good understanding of:

• Woodworking and joinery techniques
• Manufacturing processes
• Interior fit-out projects
• Material specifications and finishes

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 Excellent communication and coordination skills

 Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

 Experience in custom furniture manufacturing

 Knowledge of CNC production drawings

 Experience with interior fit-out and commercial projects

 Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software is an advantage
