Financial Accountant required in Kuwait

Location: Kuwait (On-site)
Salary: 600 – 650 KWD
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial reporting, cost analysis, inventory management, and audit support.

• Prepare, maintain, and present full-cycle financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial records and reporting activities
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Conduct detailed cost analysis and gross margin reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

• Monitor inventory transactions and valuation processes
• Conduct physical inventory reconciliations and investigate variances
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure inventory accuracy

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations
• Support management with financial planning and performance monitoring

• Maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in:

• Financial Accounting
• Cost Accounting
• Operational Finance

 Strong knowledge of:

• IFRS standards
• Financial reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cost analysis and inventory accounting

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

 Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

 Must be currently residing in Kuwait

 Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
