Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and the sales team.
- Process customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Support tender submissions and sales documentation.
- Maintain customer records using ZOHO Books and Microsoft Office.
- Handle sales reports, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Provide front desk and reception support when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely communication.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
- Experience with ZOHO Books is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Female candidates (as requested by the employer).
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Experience in the Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial sector is an advantage.
