Executive / Head Pastry Chef – Kuwait City

A reputed company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Pastry Chef / Head Pastry Chef to lead and manage its pastry kitchen operations. This opportunity is open for Kuwait-based candidates with strong pastry expertise and leadership experience.

• Lead, train, and manage the pastry kitchen team.
• Oversee daily pastry production and kitchen operations.
• Develop innovative pastry recipes, desserts, and seasonal menus.
• Maintain high standards of taste, quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage pastry inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Handle special customer orders and customized dessert requests.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare performance reports and updates for management.
• Introduce new pastry concepts based on current industry trends.

✅ Previous experience as an Executive Pastry Chef, Head Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, or Assistant Executive Chef.
✅ Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production techniques.
✅ Culinary qualification or professional pastry training preferred.
✅ Experience managing and developing pastry teams.
✅ Excellent knowledge of modern baking and dessert trends.
✅ Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Candidates must currently be residing in Kuwait.
