Location: Kuwait
Position: Electrical Foreman
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman with strong knowledge of electrical installations and the ability to read and understand electrical drawings and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation activities on site
- Read, interpret, and execute work based on electrical drawings and schematics
- Lead and manage electricians and site workers
- Ensure electrical works are completed according to project requirements and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Monitor work quality and productivity
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare daily work progress reports
Experience as an Electrical Foreman or Electrical Supervisor
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and diagrams
Strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and standards
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in commercial, industrial, or construction projects
- Technical diploma or relevant electrical certification
- Transferable Visa (Article 18) preferred
