Drivers Team Leader Required in Kuwait

Join iMile Delivery and take the lead in managing a high-performing delivery team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Drivers Team Leader who can effectively supervise drivers, optimize operations, and ensure excellent delivery performance.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of delivery drivers
• Plan delivery routes and optimize daily operational efficiency
• Monitor driver attendance, productivity, and delivery performance
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
• Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards
• Coach, train, and support drivers to improve performance and customer service
• Resolve operational challenges and driver-related issues
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Coordinate with management and operations teams to achieve business objectives

 Transferable Visa (Article 18 – Ahli)

 Fluent in Arabic and English

 Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

 Minimum 2 years of experience in:

• Logistics
• Transportation
• Fleet Operations
• Delivery Services

 Strong leadership and team management skills

 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

 Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

 Good knowledge of delivery operations and performance monitoring

 Experience leading delivery or fleet teams

 Route planning and operational optimization

 Performance reporting and KPI management

 Driver training and workforce coordination

 Customer service and issue resolution
