Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
- Meet daily and monthly delivery targets.
- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently.
- Maintain excellent customer service.
- Comply with company policies and traffic regulations.
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
- Experience as a Delivery Driver, Courier Driver, or Talabat Driver is preferred.
- Ability to complete 13+ orders daily and 400 orders monthly.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts (continuous or split shifts).
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Previous experience with Talabat, Deliveroo, Jahez, or other delivery platforms is an advantage.
- Pay: 0.800 KWD per order.
- Company-provided vehicle.
- Fuel provided by the company.
- Salary paid on the 12th of every month.
- Flexible 12-hour shift (straight or split).
- Monthly work schedule with regular days off.
