Hiring – Database Administrator (SQL Server / ETL)
A reputed organization in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Database Administrator to manage, support, and improve SQL Server data warehouse and ETL environments.
Job Responsibilities- Administer AWS-hosted Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SSIS packages and ETL jobs.
- Maintain data integration between:
- School systems
- HR systems
- Accounting systems
- Payment systems
- Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Support database backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Support reporting systems and dashboards.
- Ensure database reliability, security, and performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Related IT field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar Database Administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL Server Administration
- T-SQL
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Performance Tuning
- Hands-on experience with:
- SSIS development
- ETL troubleshooting
- Data validation
- Data reconciliation
- Familiarity with AWS-hosted Windows/SQL Server environments.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt and work independently.
