We are looking for an experienced and skilled Cook specializing in Indian and Chinese cuisine to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
- Monitor food stock levels and kitchen supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Coordinate food preparation and service activities
- Support menu planning and recipe standardization
Must be Indian or Nepali Nationality
Valid Kuwait Visa
Valid Health Card
Experience in preparing a wide range of Indian and Chinese dishes
Ability to independently manage kitchen operations
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Preferred SkillsExperience in restaurants, cafeterias, or catering operations
Strong knowledge of Chinese sauces, stir-fry dishes, noodles, rice dishes, and Indian curries
Ability to maintain consistent food quality
