Civil Engineer – Telecom Infrastructure

A leading company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Telecom Infrastructure to manage and supervise telecom civil projects across Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in telecom tower foundations, civil construction supervision, QA/QC, and project coordination.

• Manage telecom civil infrastructure projects from site survey to final handover.
• Conduct site surveys, kick-off meetings, and coordinate project execution.
• Review Foundation Design Documents (FDD) and supervise civil construction activities.
• Inspect excavation, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
• Coordinate soil investigations, utility clearances, Proctor tests, and field density tests.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare project documents including MOPs, Material Requests, PAC/PAT documents, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for clients and management.
• Handle inspections, snag clearance, project acceptance, and handover processes.
• Maintain complete project and quality documentation.

• Client and Stakeholder Coordination.
• Project Planning and Progress Reporting.
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience in telecom tower sites, foundations, shelters, and concrete works.
• Experience with telecom operators/infrastructure providers such as IHSK, Ooredoo, STC, Zain, and TCIL is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of telecom civil standards, construction procedures, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and project documentation.
• Knowledge of FDD, soil investigation, utility detection, and civil inspection procedures.
• Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership preferred.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License preferred.
• Immediate joining required.
• Nationality: Indian & Pakistani only.
