We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to join our security operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, recording incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and surveillance systems from the Control Center
- Observe and identify suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety concerns
- Record incidents, observations, and actions taken in a clear and accurate manner
- Maintain security and confidentiality of surveillance data and records
- Report equipment malfunctions and technical issues to management promptly
- Respond to security-related inquiries through radio and telephone communications
- Coordinate with security teams, management, and relevant authorities when necessary
- Maintain evidential records and incident reports according to company procedures
- Ensure compliance with security regulations, policies, and best practices
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role is preferred
Strong observation skills and attention to detail
Ability to identify unusual activities and security risks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and familiarity with surveillance systems
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in private or commercial security operations is an advantage
Transferable Visa required
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of CCTV operations and control room procedures
- Report writing and incident documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience working with security agencies and law enforcement coordination
