We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and experienced Cashier Cum Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have grocery store experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle both cashiering and sales responsibilities efficiently.

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, card, and electronic payments
• Maintain accurate billing and transaction records
• Balance cash register and ensure correct cash handling procedures

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly displayed
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Support inventory checks and store operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales area

• Welcome and assist customers professionally
• Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly
• Promote products and help increase store sales
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

 Minimum 2 years of experience in a Grocery Store

 Ability to speak Arabic and English

 Good customer service and communication skills

 Experience in:

• Cash handling
• POS systems
• Retail sales
• Inventory support

 Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

 Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

 Grocery or supermarket experience

 Product merchandising knowledge

 Basic inventory management skills

 Teamwork and multitasking abilities
