Call Center Agent Job in Kuwait

MD Clinic is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent patient support and ensuring a smooth communication experience.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Provide accurate information about clinic services
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and patient care
• Update and manage patient records in the system

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Ability to handle patient interactions in a professional and friendly manner
• Good computer and system handling skills
