A reputable Civil Construction and Manpower Supply Company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. We welcome applications from all nationalities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and manpower supply sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and corporate customers
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and secure new contracts
• Conduct market research and identify potential business growth opportunities
• Attend client meetings and negotiate commercial agreements
• Achieve sales and business development targets
• Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare regular business development reports and market updates

 Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management

 Experience in Construction, Contracting, or Manpower Supply industries is preferred

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships

 Target-oriented with strong business acumen

 Ability to work independently and drive business growth

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
