Job Vacancies: Banquet Manager & Executive Pastry Chef

Royalty, a leading premium catering and banquet services company in Kuwait, is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join its growing team. We are currently hiring for the positions of Banquet Manager and Executive Pastry Chef.

• Manage and supervise banquet and event operations from setup to completion.
• Lead banquet service teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen, sales, and operations departments for smooth event execution.
• Ensure high standards of service quality, presentation, and hospitality.
• Handle client requirements and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor event details, timelines, and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Banquet Manager or similar hospitality position.
• Previous experience in hotels, luxury catering, or banquet operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language knowledge is an advantage.

• Manage the complete pastry and bakery department operations.
• Create and develop new pastry, dessert, and bakery concepts.
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Lead, train, and supervise pastry team members.
• Manage inventory, ingredients, and production planning.
• Ensure premium-quality products that match luxury hospitality standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry and bakery operations.
• Previous leadership experience as Executive Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or premium catering companies is preferred.
• Strong creativity and knowledge of modern pastry techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop innovative dessert concepts.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Arabic language knowledge is an advantage.
