Location: Hawally, Kuwait
Position: Experienced Bakala Staff (Arabic speaker)
A local bakala in Hawally urgently requires an experienced staff member to handle daily shop operations and customer interactions. The ideal candidate must have prior bakala experience and be fluent in Arabic for in‑person and phone communication.
Key RequirementsExperience: Previous bakala experience is mandatory.
Language: Arabic speaker required; able to handle customer calls in Arabic.
Availability: Ready to join immediately preferred.
Attributes: Friendly, customer‑focused, reliable, and able to manage cash handling and basic stock tasks.
Serve customers at the counter and by phone in Arabic.
Handle cash transactions and simple billing.
Maintain stock levels and assist with basic inventory tasks.
Keep the shop clean and organized.
Assist with deliveries or supplier pickups when required.
