Assistant Operations Supervisor Job in Kuwait (F&B)

Location: Kuwait

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) division. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong operational expertise who can ensure smooth coordination across teams and deliver high standards of service.

The Assistant Operations Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth workflow and service quality
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen, dispatch, and delivery teams
• Monitor staff performance, including drivers and kitchen staff
• Ensure timely order preparation and delivery
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays

• 3–5 years of experience in food delivery or F&B operations
• Strong understanding of restaurant and delivery operations
• Proven experience in managing teams (drivers, kitchen staff, supervisors)
• Familiarity with delivery platforms such as Talabat or similar systems
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
