Experienced assistant cook to support the grill section in a Lebanese restaurant. The role focuses on food preparation, grill station support, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting the head chef during service.

• Prepare and marinate meats and vegetables for the grill station.

• Operate and maintain grill equipment and ensure correct cooking temperatures.

• Assist the head chef with plating, portioning, and order assembly.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

• Receive and store deliveries and help with basic inventory checks.

• Work efficiently during peak service and follow chef instructions.

• Experience in grill section or Lebanese restaurant kitchens preferred.

• Immediate availability to join.

• Ability to work long hours and handle a fast‑paced environment.

• Basic food safety knowledge and good personal hygiene.

• Punctual, reliable, and team‑oriented.
