We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Architect Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in fit-out and construction projects, along with excellent design and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Proven experience in:
  • Fit-out works
  • Construction projects
• Strong proficiency in design software:
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Other relevant tools
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Transferable residency (Visa 18)
• Preferred: Indian male candidates

• Develop architectural designs and project plans
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Oversee and support project execution and site activities
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications and standards
• Identify and resolve design and construction challenges
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
